I have a medical appointment, How can I get transportation?
All Non-Emergency Medical Transportation trips (NEMT) should be set up at least three (3) days in advance.
First step is to contact M.A.S. (Medical Answering Service) by visiting online https://www.medanswering.com/locations/nys/nyc/ or by calling 1-844-666-6270.
Request Ultimate Black Car as your preferred transportation service.
M.A.S does not handle my Non-Emergency Medical Transportation, What now?
You can contact your Medical Insurance Provider for information on who your transportation provider is and how to communicate with them.
How far in advance should I make a reservation?
For NEMT trips you should allow yourself 3 days in advance. For point to point service it is recommended that you reserve with 24 hours in advance. For immediate service please call our base at 917-412-5000.
